Permalatt’s Custom and Standard Size Vinyl Lattice
As the manufacturer of the DuraShell® and Decorative 3D lattice, Permalatt Products, Inc. has the opportunity to provide what we call our standard sheet size lattice as well as custom sheet size lattice. We can even manufacture custom opening sizes in our square lattice.
The Standard Sheet Size Options
You will notice Permalatt does not limit you to the most common sheet size of 4’x 8’. Permalatt Products, Inc. actually has SIX standard sheet sizes. Yes, six. The standard sheet sizes we manufacture are:
- 4’ x 8’
- 4’ x 6’
- 12” x 6’
- 12” x 8’
- 16” x 6’
- 16” x 8’
The 12 inch and 16-inch sheets are most commonly used as fence toppers. However as the use of lattice has grown from fence toppers to anything you can imagine, the 12” and 16” widths may be perfect for your project.

The Custom Sheet Size Options
Sheet sizes are:
- In our diagonal openings, 1”, 1-7/8”, 2-3/4” and 3”, we can manufacture any custom sheet size of 4’ wide or less and any length 12’ or less.
- In our square openings, 1” and 2”, we can manufacture any custom sheet size of 4’ wide or less and any length of 8’ or less.
Why the limit on the length for the square lattice? We manufacture our lattice strip over strip and the longest strip length we have is 8’. So when we manufacture the square lattice, 8’ is our maximum length.

Custom Opening Sizes
Custom openings are available in our square opening only. We can manufacture 3-1/4” and 5-1/2” square openings. The lattice is manufactured on a jig table, so we omit strips to create these custom openings. With a custom opening, you also have the option of the custom sheet size.
