I agree that the images/videos may be combined with other images/videos, text, and graphics and cropped, altered, or modified. I agree to save and hold harmless Permalatt Products, Inc. and/or their advertising representatives and agents from any dispute arising related to use or ownership of any photographs and/or videos submitted. I further release Permalatt Products, Inc. and/or their advertising representatives and agents from any liability whatsoever that arises from its lawful use of the photographs and/or videos submitted. By submitting photographs and/or videos, I am guaranteeing that I am the person that took the photographs and/or videos submitted, have full rights to the photographs and/or videos, or have written consent from the photographer or videographer to submit the photographs and/or videos. I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and I have full legal capacity and right to execute this release. I have read this release before signing below and fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release. No names / emails will be posted, only your city & state.
